急诊护士针刺伤的现况调查和分析

方法 大量回顾文献，设计调查问卷，调查急诊护 士在2009年8月-2010年8月的一年内发生针刺伤的情况，由专人负责问卷的发放 和收集，并对问卷进行数据分析，得出研究结果。

结果 过去一年内总的针刺伤 发生率为92%，针刺伤发生频率较高的操作环节为“套针帽和套安瓿”、“处理用 毕的针头”和“被不适当放置的针头刺伤”，职业防护教育接受率为81.6%，职业防 护知识知晓率为42.5%。结论 急诊护理人员的针刺伤发生率较高，且缺乏系统的 职业防护教育，改善教育体系、优化管理流程是降低针刺伤发生率的有效措施。

【关键词】 急诊;针刺伤;调查分析;护理 [abstract] objective to investigate the situation of pricking wound of the er(emergency room) nurses, and analyze the data to provide the basis of the prevention measures.methods after interviewing a lot of literatures, we design the questionnaire to survey the rate of pricking wound of er nurses. the distribution and collection of the questionnaires are finished by special person.results the rate of pricking wound is 92%, and the rate of receiving the occupational prevention education is 81.6%, and the rate of knowing about occupational prevention knowledge is 42.5%.conclusion the rate of pricking wound of er nurses is relatively high, and they lack the occupational prevention education, so improving the education system and optimizing the administration process is the key of decreasing the rate of pricking wound. 健康的医务人员患传染病80%～90%是由针刺伤所致，被针刺伤的医务人员中护 士占80%，其中最常见、威胁最大的是乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎，艾滋病的流行率也 在上升[2]。国外也有文献指出：由针刺伤引起的职业暴露是一个医疗领域颇受 重视的问题，针刺伤可以引发多种传染病[3]。所以，护理人员是发生针刺伤的 高危职业群体，而急诊科由于患者流动性大、硬件设施有限等原因造成护理人员 更易发生针刺伤，本研究旨在调查急诊护士发生针刺伤的现状，以期为针刺伤的 预防措施提供依据。1 材料与方法 1.1 调查对象 本调查以某三级甲等综合性医院的急诊科所有护理人员为研究对象， 调查她们在2009年8月-2010年8月间发生针刺伤的情况。调查方式采用问卷调查， 问卷内容包括一般资料、发生针刺伤情况、职业防护教育和职业防护知识四个板 块，以便全面了解护理人员发生针刺伤的状况。
