结 论 解脲型支原体主要引起非淋球菌性尿道炎，与流产、死胎、早产、提前分娩 等妊娠不良后果有关；
生殖支原体与盆腔炎症性疾病、黏液脓性宫颈炎有关；
人 型支原体与细菌性阴道病有关，而生殖支原体和人型支原体均可能导致输卵管不 孕。

支原体 相关性疾病 Objective To study the pathogenicity of Mycoplasma hominis and women’s health. Methods According to128 cases mycoplasma infection in female patients infected with the type of statistics, the occurrence of symptoms and complications, and summarize the incidence of disease and other diseases caused by the correlation. Results The women of infected with Mycoplasma III: UU, Mycoplasma hominis and Mycoplasma genitalium. Caused by disease and related disorders are: non-gonococcal urethritis, purulent cervical mucous membrane, pelvic inflammatory disease, bacterial vaginosis, as well as diseases of pregnancy and the adverse consequences of infertility. Conclusion Ureaplasma Mycoplasma major cause of non-gonococcal urethritis, and abortion, stillbirth, premature delivery, early delivery, such as pregnancy-related adverse effects;
Mycoplasma genitalium and pelvic inflammatory disease of the disease, mucopurulent cervicitis relevant;

1 资料与分析 1.2 支原体检测方法及结果 1.2.2 支原体检测 采用中山大 学医学基因中心实验室支原体试剂盒对支原体进行培养、鉴定。具体操作方法按 说明书使用。

2 支原体感染所致疾病 支原体感染时常可导致非淋球菌性尿道炎和黏膜脓性宫颈炎， 有自觉症状者82例临床表现为此二种疾病，其发生率为64.06%，其余46例为无症状带菌者， 其发生率为35.93%。

2.2 黏液脓性宫颈炎（MPC）：表现为肉眼可见的宫颈内 管黄色黏液性分泌物及白带增多，或宫颈内管分泌物镜检多形核白细胞大于或等 于10个/视野（1000倍）的宫颈炎，在本组患者中共发生48例占37.5%，其中单独 发生MPC者16例占12.5%，NGU和MPC同时发生者32例占25%。
