DHS内固定联合药物治疗骨质疏松性粗隆间骨折 毕业论文 作者：沈爱东 徐瑞生 包聚良 【关键词】 骨质疏松 粗隆间骨折 DHS 鲑鱼降钙素 钙尔奇D片 Clinical Observation for the Treatment of Osteoporotic Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture with DHS Combined with Drug Abstract：Objective To study the effectiveness of DHS combined with drug in the treatment of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods Forty six cases of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures were randomly treated with either DHS or DHS combined with Miacalcic in combination with D Calfor and they were followed up to compare the therapeutic results.Among them，26 cases were treated with DHS combined with Miacalcic in combination with D Calfor while the other 20 with DHS.The age，gender，fracture typing were worthy to be compatable in the two groups.Results The union of fracture and the therapeutic effect of the therapeutic group was better than the other group；
after 6 months，the BMD of the proximal end of the femur in the therapeutic group in post treatment was higher than in pretherapy(P＜0.05)，while the result of the other group was not notable.Conclusion In treating osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fractures，DHS combined with drug can efficiently promote growth of osteothlus，accelerate union of fractures，reduce the time in bed，and facilitate functional recovery. D calfor 1 临床资料 2 方 法 2.1 治疗方法 2.1.1 手术方法 术后常规
应用抗生素预防感染，脱水剂消肿等治疗。治疗组在上述基础上 配合鲑鱼降钙素喷鼻剂加服钙尔奇D片治疗。其中鲑鱼降钙素每日喷鼻200 IU，两鼻孔各100 IU；
钙尔奇D，1片/d，口服。疗程为半年。对照组未给予抗骨质疏 松治疗。
2.2 观察方法 2.3 统计学处理 采用SPSS软件处理，组间结果比较和治疗前后结果比较均采用t检验，率 的比较用χ2检验。
3 结 果 [NextPage] 4 讨 论 综上所述，采用DHS内固定联合鲑鱼降钙素加服钙尔奇D治疗骨质疏松性 股骨粗隆间骨折能有效促进骨痂的生长，加速骨折的愈合，减少了患者的卧床时 间，促进了早期功能锻炼和患髋的功能恢复，是临床上治疗骨质疏松性股骨粗隆 间骨折的理想方法，值得推广应用。
